1/ Contest period

The contest begins on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Eastern time) and ends on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm (Eastern time).

The draw will be held on February 6, 2023.

Within 5 days of the draw, the contest organizing team will contact the winner. This person will have 5 days to respond to our communication, failure to do so will result in the selected participant to lose his/her right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next randomly selected participant, and the same procedure will be followed until the winner is chosen.

The winner's name will be announced on the social media accounts of Jouviance and Gibou.

2/ Prize

A single prize worth $400 will be drawn among all the entries registered on the 2 brands' social media.

The prize consists of a $200 virtual gift card valid exclusively on the jouviance.com website AND a 200$ gift basket with items of Gibou brands.

3/ Prize Presentation

The gift card will be virtual and will be sent by email to the winner. The Gift basket will be sent to the address of the winner.

4/ Participation

5/ Participation limits

Only one entry per person per account is accepted.

6/ Eligibility

This contest is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of the following organizations: SOSEN INC (Jouviance) and GIBOU are not eligible to enter the contest. (Section 12 of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux' Advertising Contest Rules). Upon request and in a timely manner, the selected entrant will be required to provide a valid photo identification and mailing address.

In order to be declared the winner, the person drawn must provide a correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question.

7/ Disqualification

Any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by any means contrary to these rules and regulations and of an unfair nature to other participants (e.g.: computer hacking, use of a false name) will be automatically disqualified and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.

8/ Acceptance of the prize

Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted or transferred to another person. No cash value will be awarded as a prize and no prize may be substituted for another and no prize may be sold or substituted.

Winners waive any recourse in the event that they are not completely satisfied with the prize won.

9/ Dispute

Mandatory mention of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux: "Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.”

The information given by the participants is only intended for the companies Jouviance and Gibou and are for the purposes of this contest only.

11/ General rule

The Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux has no connection with this contest and cannot be held responsible for any aspect of this contest.
