Delivery and returns
1. DELIVERY
Delivery is only available in Canada and in the United States via Canada Post. Unforeseen late deliveries do not entitle customers to damage claims. Note that Canada Post does not deliver during the weekends.
1.1 CONDITIONS
Deliveries are based on fixed delivery dates and only available in Canada and in the United States via Canada Post. Jouviance does not deliver to Postal Boxes. Unforeseen late deliveries do not entitle customers to damage claims.
1.2 SHIPPING FEES & TIMES
Fees
The shipping cost is added at the time of payment. Packages sent can be tracked; once an order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your Canada Post tracking number.
Standard Delivery: jouviance.com offers standard delivery of $3.99 on purchases of $75 and more (before taxes). For orders of $74.99 and under (before taxes), a fixed fee of $7.50 will be added to the order total.
Standard US Delivery: jouviance.com offers a fixed fee of $12 on all US orders.
Delivery Centre: Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. The Holidays being a very busy season, certain delays might occur and impact delivery dates. These delays are outside of our control and responsibility.

NOTE: Order preparation and delivery times may be longer during Warehouse Sales periods.
1.4 DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Upon delivery, if you notice that your package has been damaged or opened, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
- Inform the delivery person immediately, at the time of delivery and before signing.
- Ask the delivery person to note, in writing, the type of damage present upon delivery (e.g., "Package Opened", "Package Damaged", etc.). Always do this before signing.
- Ask the delivery person to let you open the package to check for missing and/or damaged items.
1.5 MISSING ITEMS
If you discover that a product is missing from your order after accepting delivery, please contact us at boutique@jouviance.com, within 5 days of receiving your order, and specify:
- The order number.
- Your product(s) number or a detailed description of the missing product(s), on your invoice.
1.6 ABSENT DURING DELIVERY
If you were absent during delivery of your package, Canada Post will notify you by leaving a delivery notification card. This card indicates the date of the attempted delivery and the address of the nearest outlet where you can pick up your package. Canada Post will hold your package(s) for 15 days.
2. RETURN : YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from jouviance.com, you must contact our customer service department by filling out the contact form within 30 days of receiving the package. All requests will be evaluated as soon as possible and our customer service department will inform you of the procedure. Please do not return products or your entire order without first contacting our customer service department.
The only products that can be returned must be unused and still sealed in their original packaging.
If free products were included in an order you are returning, you must add them to the return in order for your request to be processed.
Only one return will be allowed per order, please check your entire order before contacting us.

2.1 DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have ordered a product from our website and it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 30 days.
2.2 ALLERGY
If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
3. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
If your request results in a refund, it will be sent within 15 days following your exchange with our customer service.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Once your order is validated on the site, it is sent to our entity to be shipped. We cannot modify it.
4.1 WRONG ADDRESS
We are not responsible for an order delivered to the wrong place if the address given at the time of placing the order was incorrect. Please contact the selected carrier at the time of shipment.
5. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A PHARMACY
If you purchased a product from a retailer, please contact the retailer for any return or refund.
