Delivery and returns
Deliveries are based on fixed delivery dates and only available in Canada via Canada Post. Unforeseen late deliveries do not entitle customers to damage claims. Note that Canada Post does not deliver during the weekends.

1.2 SHIPPING FEES & TIMES
The shipping cost is added at the time of payment. Packages sent can be tracked; once an order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your Canada Post tracking number.
Standard Delivery: jouviance.com offers standard delivery on purchases of $50 and more (before taxes) during the holiday season from November 1st 2018 to January 6th, 2019 inclusively. For orders of $49.99 and under (before taxes), a fixed fee of $7.50 will be added to the order total.
Delivery Centre: Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.The Holidays being a very busy season, certain delays might accur and impact delivery dates. These delays are outside of our control and responsibility.

Upon delivery, if you notice that your package has been damaged or opened, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
- Inform the delivery person immediately, at the time of delivery and before signing
- Ask the delivery person to note, in writing, the type of damage present upon delivery (e.g., "Package Opened", "Package Damaged", etc.). Always do this before signing.
- Ask the delivery person to let you open the package to check for missing and/or damaged items.
If you discover that a product is missing from your order after accepting delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 days of receiving your order, and specify:
- The order number
- Your product(s) number or a detailed description of the missing product(s), on your invoice.
1.6 ABSENT DURING DELIVERY
If you were absent during delivery of your package, Canada Post will notify you by leaving a delivery notification card. This card indicates the date of the attempted delivery and the address of the nearest outlet where you can pick up your package. Canada Post will hold your package(s) for 15 days.
2.1 RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase during the Holiday season, we will refund the purchase amount (product price + taxes) as well as the shipping fees carried out on our Holiday Online Beauty Boutique from November 1st, 2018 to January 6th, 2019 inclusively. Each request for a refund will be assessed and accepted by Jouviance’s Online Beauty Boutique customer service. Product(s) purchased online that are overused or finished are not eligible for a refund. Returns are processed within 15 days of receiving them. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed. In cases where a returned product is deemed to have been significantly used or has been finished altogether, the request for a return and refund will be denied.
For any purchase done on our 2018 Holiday Beauty Boutique, all returns must include, at Jouviance request, samples and gifts with purchase received with the order. If these conditions are not met, Jouviance can choose to refuse the return and its reimbursement.
