1.1 CONTEST
By participating in this contest, you agree and accept: our policies on this site, the contest rules and applicable legislation.


1.2 CONTEST PERIOD
Pink tickets will be placed through orders placed on jouviance.com from September 3rd until stock lasts. The offer is not applicable to current or past orders. Jouviance reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

1.3 PRIZES
Each winner of a ticket will receive a one-year supply of Jouviance products, equivalent to $800 CAD worth of products at regular price (excluding gift sets or promotional offers). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Products won in this contest cannot be returned. There will be 20 winners in total.

1.4 REDEEMING THE PRIZE
Ticket winners must contact us by e-mail at boutique@jouviance.com to claim their prize. The subject of the e-mail must be as follows: “Prize claim for order ___ (insert your order number)” with a clear photo of the ticket, its number and your order.
The price must be claimed within 30 days of the order delivery date. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it may be lost. By claiming the prize, you agree that we may publish the photo of your ticket on social media.

Within 7 days of the winner's email, the team will respond to the winner. This person will have 7 days to respond to our communication, failing which the selected participant may lose his or her right to the prize. The prize will then be randomly awarded to another participant, and the same procedure will be followed until the winner is chosen.

The winner's name will be announced on Jouviance's social media accounts.

1.5 PRODUCT SELECTION
The winner must select all of the year's skincare products at once. Products will be selected by exchanging e-mails with boutique@jouviance. Once chosen, the selection is final and cannot be changed or replaced. Once the winner has given his/her delivery address, we cannot make any changes to it.


1.6 ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to Canadian residents aged 18 and over. Employees, representatives or persons with whom they are domiciled of the following organizations: SOSEN INC (Jouviance) may not enter the contest. (Article 12 of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Upon request and in a timely manner, the person selected at random will be required to provide valid identification with photograph and mailing address.

In order to be declared a winner, the person selected at random must provide a correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question.


1.7 DISQUALIFICATION
Any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by any means contrary to these rules and regulations and likely to be unfair to other participants (e.g., computer hacking, use of an alias) will be automatically disqualified and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.

1.8 ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE
Prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted or transferred to another person. No cash value will be awarded as a prize and no prize may be substituted for another and no prize may be sold or replaced.

Winners renounce all recourse in the event that they are not entirely satisfied with the products won.

1.9 LITIGATION
Mandatory mention of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux: “Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.”

1.10 PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information provided by participants is intended solely for Jouviance and will be used solely for the purposes of this contest.

1.11 GENERAL RULE
The Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux has no connection with this contest and cannot be held responsible for any aspect of this contest.
